All bets placed on 92pqk are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify bet selection, stake amount, and odds before confirming. 92pqk does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in cases of verifiable technical error on the platform's end.
Odds on 92pqk are subject to change up to the moment a market is suspended or closed. Live in-play markets — including cricket ball-by-ball betting during PSL and T20 internationals — update in real time and may be suspended at any point. 92pqk reserves the right to suspend or remove any market before or during an event.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the platform's settlement window; the market was offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a data feed issue); or the outcome cannot be determined within a reasonable timeframe. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and the stake is returned to your account balance.
92pqk applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits vary by sport and market type and are displayed in the betting section. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum will not be paid out. This applies to single bets, accumulator bets, and any other bet type offered on the platform.
92pqk is committed to the integrity of sports. Bets placed on events that are subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of manipulation will be voided. Accounts associated with suspicious betting patterns that suggest access to insider information may be restricted pending investigation.
Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and domestic Pakistan cricket — are monitored for irregular betting activity. Any account found to be placing bets in patterns consistent with inside information will be subject to immediate review.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after standard processing. Players who have self-excluded cannot reopen their account.
